2017 rolls in and we roll out a new block-of-the-month quilt: Getting to Know Hue   The idea for this BOM started percolating as I was designing my new basics line--also named Getting to Know Hue -- for Marcus Fabrics' Studio 37 division.. It's Pet Week for the Marcus Makers

This week the Marcus family of designers and sewistss will be sharing their pets.  So without further ado, meet our rescue dog Daisy. She is a fourteen year old Shepherd mix that we adopted when she was less than a year old. When she first arrived home with us, she was quite skittish and liked to curl up in little spaces under tables and behind chairs. Spring Market--Can I do it? Part THREE!

This is a happy post because I have two quilts made with my new INTRIGUE collection to show you that are virtually done. Okay--one needs to have its binding sewn down, but that is close enough, don't you think? First one done is called More Than Stars.  This quilt is 50" square. There is also a queeen size version (fourth photo) that is part of the pattern. A sample for the larger quilt will not be attending...more than stars 1
