Painter's Garden , Another Sneak Peak

So I think I mentioned that I cut out TWO Painter's Garden quilts.  Why two? Well, any of you who have sewn one of my block of the month quilts, know that for some programs I like to offer you options. Getting to Know Hue had three background options to choose from. Amish with a Twist: Series III had both pieced and applique options, as did Color Love . So, here's the deal--Painter's Garden will...Painters Garden Applique Image FINAL

It's Pet Week for the Marcus Makers

This week the Marcus family of designers and sewistss will be sharing their pets.  So without further ado, meet our rescue dog Daisy. She is a fourteen year old Shepherd mix that we adopted when she was less than a year old. When she first arrived home with us, she was quite skittish and liked to curl up in little spaces under tables and behind chairs. Color Love Block of the Month Coming Soon-The Quilt!

Okay, so a while back I showed off my upcoming Color Love fabric collection from Marcus Fabrics with a sneak peek at an applique block. Since we leave tomorrow for Spring Quilt Market, I thought it might be a good time to show a few images of the Color Love BOM quilts. The reason I say "quilts", plural, is because there are two versions of the same quilt: an applique version and a pieced version....color love applique quilt
