Amish with a Twist--gets a new twist

So I don't know what's going on, but I have had several inquiries lately about the very first Amish with a Twist block of the month quilt I designed for Marcus Fabrics. Painter's Garden , Another Sneak Peak

So I think I mentioned that I cut out TWO Painter's Garden quilts.  Why two? Well, any of you who have sewn one of my block of the month quilts, know that for some programs I like to offer you options. Getting to Know Hue had three background options to choose from. It's Pet Week for the Marcus Makers

This week the Marcus family of designers and sewistss will be sharing their pets.  So without further ado, meet our rescue dog Daisy. She is a fourteen year old Shepherd mix that we adopted when she was less than a year old. When she first arrived home with us, she was quite skittish and liked to curl up in little spaces under tables and behind chairs. Mill Works Sneak Peek

  It's a Sunday morning and I have to admit that I slept in late today. Last night I stayed up well past midnight, determined to finish hand sewing the binding down on my new Mill Works quilt.
